Betting & Gaming Rules

Account Suspension & Termination

• An account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.

12.2 Account Closure by Player: Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting the myvape77 support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.

12.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, myvape77 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, the entire balance may be forfeited.

Responsible Gambling
